TP-Link has quickly supplanted Belkin’s WeMo as my go-to Wifi smart home solution. They’ve put significantly more effort into their Kasa family of products than Belkin, and the prices of their devices are a lot less than Belkin’s offerings.
Always remember when purchasing Wifi devices, especially those that require hard wiring, to make sure that you have a router powerful enough to reach the areas you’re installing them. And when installing wired devices, always check to make sure your home has a neutral wire available, as most wired solutions require it.
